🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy (MartDo)

✅ Conditions for Return

• Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws.

• Fashion products may be tried on for fit but must remain unworn.

• If returned in inadequate condition, MartDo reserves the right to send it back.

📦 Packaging & Accessories

• Product must include:

  • Original tags

  • User manual

  • Warranty cards

  • Freebies & accessories

• Product must be returned in the original, undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.

• If delivered with a second layer of packaging, return it in the same condition with the return shipping label attached.

• Do not put tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s box.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Returns that don’t meet these conditions will not be accepted.

• Always keep the packaging intact until you are sure you won’t return the product.

• Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes inspection.
